Who this is for. Builders, developers and main contractors who are tired of chasing their last electrician.

What builders actually want

Not the cheapest price. Someone who arrives on the day they said, does not hold up the plasterer, and produces certificates without three phone calls. We work with high end residential builders on repeat programmes for exactly that reason.

How we work on site

  • Programme agreed up front and flagged early if anything is at risk
  • First fix coordinated with the other trades rather than in spite of them
  • Second fix timed to the finishes, not to our convenience
  • Testing, certification and Part P notification handled by us
  • RAMS, insurance and accreditation evidence supplied as standard
We will tell you when a date is going to slip.

Early, while you can still move the other trades around it. That single habit is why we get repeat work.

How it works

  1. Drawings and programme

Priced from the actual job and the actual dates.

  2. Mobilisation

RAMS, insurance and accreditation evidence up front.

  3. First and second fix

To programme, coordinated with the trades either side of us.

  4. Certification and handover

Notified, certified, and handed over without chasing.

Questions we get asked

Do you take on repeat programme work?

That is our preference. Regular work with a builder we know is better for both sides than one-off jobs.

Can you price from drawings?

Yes. For anything substantial we will also want a site visit, because drawings and buildings are not always the same thing.

Who notifies building control?

We do, as an NICEIC approved contractor. The certificate goes to you and to the homeowner.

What areas do you cover for contract work?

Wider than our domestic patch. For the right programme, distance is a conversation rather than a no.

Recommends Excel Electrical
I found the electrician, Brady Lewis, earlier this year, and would highly recommend him. He has always demonstrated that he is consistently punctual, personable, trustworthy, efficient, fair, and has excellent skills in his trade. Completed perfectly, on time, as promised, and at a fair price.
