There is a diagnostic charge for fault finding because it is skilled time rather than a sales visit. We tell you what it is when you ring. The repair is priced separately once we know what is wrong.
Do not keep resetting it, that is the protection doing its job. Unplug everything on that circuit and reset once. If it holds, plug things back one at a time. If it trips with nothing plugged in, the fault is in the fixed wiring and it needs testing.
