First fix is the cables and back boxes with the walls open. Then plastering, then second fix, which is the accessories and the board, then testing and certification. We work room by room where you are living there, so the whole house is never off at once.
Plenty of houses need the upstairs lighting and the kitchen doing and nothing else. We will tell you when that is the case, even though the full job is bigger for us.

Usually not. We work room by room and keep power on to the rest of the house. Some people move out for the plastering week because of the mess and the drying, but that is a comfort decision rather than a technical one.
A three bed house is typically one to two weeks depending on access and whether it is occupied. You get a schedule before we start and we tell you the moment anything moves.
We make good as we go. Chases filled, plastering done or coordinated. What we will not do is leave you with a house full of open chases and a shrug.
Yes, and it needs a different approach. Cable routes get planned around floor voids, existing chases and joinery rather than the shortest line. We do a lot of this around Olney.
