Excel holds live contracts with housing providers and high end builders, which means our work, our certificates and our insurance are inspected as a matter of routine. You get the same standard: RAMS supplied without being chased, remedials quoted the same day the report lands, renewal dates held by us and flagged before they expire rather than after.

For landlords and agents we run one diary for the whole property: EICRs and alarms done by us, gas certificates and EPCs coordinated through trusted local firms, one number to ring and nothing quietly expiring.
